Artist talk/risotto tutorial. Online, 2020
I guess this should be a studio visit, but since in quarantine my studio is my home, I welcome you home. And as I always do when someone comes to visit for the first time, I will make some risotto.
Smaklig måltid is a hybrid between an artist talk, a cooking show and a lecture. It was created in response to the invitation received by Galleri Verkligheten to host an artist talk from my apartment while in quarantine. Apparently, the “lecture” is the explanation of a recipe, but the dish is used as the metaphor of my own artistic practice, described indirectly.
