4 minute warm up is a short instructional video. 
The character, alone in a beautiful and spacious apartment, performs a routine created as a solution to deal with fake intimacies and loneliness, characteristics of individualistic societies. A large number of tools (such as thermal blankets and sweatbelts) made to generate heat and to be used in close contact with the body, here alter their first purpose, becoming substitutes for another body.
